The first two are our preferences, but evidently, in Nevada people aren't quite as fond of color as us Californians. Our HOA has already denied a few of these. Adjusting to a neighborhood where people can approve and deny colors has proved to be quite...um.....challenging as a designer.

Would you believe that they already denied that choice? Seems like a pretty tame color scheme to me.
when i was a kid we lived in memphis, and the neighborhood association wouldn't even let us have colored xmas lights - they had to be white. talk about being disappointed
